We are owner-operated and offer customized cleaning services at reasonable rates to suit the needs of our clients. We recognize that each person is unique in their own way and offer to clean using regular cleaning solutions or environmentally friendly green products.
Free in-home consultations help us determine your expectations for our household cleaning services.
Before we begin our cleaning projects, we ask clients about their “dos and don’ts” and whether anyone is allergic to any cleaning products which we keep on file for reference.
We ask about areas of the home that should not be cleaned or may be considered off-limits to our cleaners. We also consult with clients about suitable dates and times, make arrangement in advance for where keys will be kept when clients may be out of town, and how payment will be made.
Cleaning Options
Our worry-free service is designed with you in mind, scheduling your cleaning services can be done at a time convenient to you weekly, bi-weekly, one-time, special occasion, home cleaning, move-ins, move-outs, morning, noon or evening, Monday to Saturday.
Cleaning Packages To Choose From:
The Fresh Start: Just as it says covering all areas that you want to have clean. Cob webbing, dusting, dry vacuuming, floor mopping, furniture polishing.
The Deep Clean: Every surface, including window sills and baseboard. Move and clean behind and under furniture. “Bric a Brac” items that are sitting on furniture. Wall displays within normal reach. Doors and knobs. Cob webbing, dusting, dry vacuuming, floor mopping, furniture polishing.
The Maintenance Special: A quick fix that cleans and freshens the home. This package is usually used as a follow up after a deep clean or fresh start is completed.
The Kitchen Special: Stove, oven, microwave, refrigerator, countertops, outside of cupboards, table, chairs, and pantry.
Drapes, Blinds & Curtain Cleaning: Drapes, blinds and curtains are cleaned on-site or removed for a deep clean and re– installed. We also do repairs and make drapery,
The Move-in/The Move-out/For Sale: We work with owners, landlords or real estate agents to clean, maintain, declutter, and do minor repairs such as painting, patching and helping to stage the home for rent/sale.

Appointment Scheduling/Rescheduling:
Our Cleaning Service is flexible and ensures that all appointments are met. However, we require at least 48 hours notice from you to reschedule your confirmed home cleaning.
Payment: On the scheduled house-cleaning service payment is due upon completion of our task or if a different payment arrangement is made prior to cleaning.
Guarantee
Our Cleaning team takes pride in their work and guarantees their cleaning service to the satisfaction of the client before we leave. However if not completely satisfied just let us know your concerns and we will have them resolved within one business day after the cleaning without any additional charges.
